While TIH/PIH commodities are not permitted, Gulf & Atlantic Railways, LLC’s railroads can and do safely store hazardous commodities at secure locations. Railcar storage can offer customers the peace of mind of holding safety stock inventory and can allow for flexibility in production schedules by holding railcars until they are needed.
Between our two lines, we have capacity for over 3,500 railcars and access to six Class I railroads. We have unit train capacity at both railroads with interchanges running five to seven days per week. We offer both short-term and long-term storage with flexible terms. Additional services are available, including railcar repair and railcar cleaning.
